Contact management, including tips on merging and deduping records
How to use profiles to make your life easier
Custom searches and using the full functionality of advanced search and search builder
Using the scheduled jobs interface
How to use the robust CiviCRM community to accomplish your goals and troubleshoot (and make CiviCRM work even better)
And if there is time, we will talk about best practices for imports and access control
This training is best suited for people who have been using CiviCRM and are already comfortable with the interface. This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.5x using Drupal 7, but it will be applicable to WordPress and Joomla users.
