This is the complete CiviCRM training for staff using CiviCRM or supporting employees who do. We will cover:
- contact management, contributions, events, custom fields and memberships, plus the features relating to them, and
- email communications, activities, reports, duplicate matching, and more
Presentations are followed by hands-on activities; participants leave with both the knowledge and experience to administer the core features of CiviCRM.
This is a two-day training preceding the NTEN Nonprofit Technology Conference in Washington, DC.
The session will include a series of hands-on exercises using specially configured training installations of CiviCRM. Participants should bring a laptop with wifi capabilities to this training to they can take part in these exercises.
