Training
When it comes to training, with a variety of formats and deep experience in the nonprofit sector, our trainers can work with you to help get the most our of your investment. Our goal is for you to feel as self-sufficient with your workflows as you want to be, with sustainable practices that make each member of your team feel confident in their role. We offer all clients the option to schedule strategy meetings with our team, an open-ended conversation to dig into what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can close the gap to make the most of your investment in CiviCRM.
We can build a training plan to match how you use CiviCRM and your CMS—Drupal, Joomla, or WordPress. With a variety of formats and deep experience in the nonprofit sector, our trainers can work with you to jumpstart adoption of your CRM, introduce new features, or orient new staff. Available to travel to your office, we can help you make the most of your investment in CiviCRM.
Webinar training is an affordable alternative to on-site training, especially if your staff is spread among several locations. It’s also a good option for a series of shorter trainings in addition to or in place of an on-site training if you’re outside the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. We can provide how-to sessions using your own site so everything is immediately familiar when it comes time to apply what you learn.
Development
A strength of CiviCRM is that it integrates all the ways you connect with your supporters. The real power, however, comes in the ways it can be extended to meet your specific needs. Customizations can be something as small as adding membership status to the summary tab or job titles to the relationship list on a contact record. Hosting
CiviCRM is a complete tool for connecting with your organization’s supporters, but it also requires a full set of server tools.
